Pricing & Inquires

*How do I place an order?

You simply shop to your hearts content. Add to basket and check out.  We use Paypal- that accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Debit.  All US Currency. 

*Inventory and Shipping. How does it work?

New Inventory is added daily to our website.  Orders received before 2pm are processed that day.

 Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next business day. We ship within the United States and we ship Internationally/Worldwide.

We ship through USPS. If you would prefer expedited shipping, email us before placing your order and we will reply to you with an "expedited shipping" quote. We only send our shipments Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We will be closed on all Federal observed Holidays. Any order placed during our non-operating hours will be processed the next business day.Orders will be shipped out within 48-72 hours.  An email confirmation will be sent after your Diva items have been shipped with tracking number.  If you place an order and an item it is out of stock or no longer available, we will contact you regarding an update of your back order. 

Inquiries:
All inquiries will be handled during regular business hours. You should receive a reply from our Customer Service Team within a 24-48 hour period.

Returns & Refunds

We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
All return should be accompanied by an order confirmation number. Please email the order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the order confirmation number on the package, and please include the copy of the email from NSideADivascloset.com.
Unless an order confirmation number is requested within 3 business days after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 3 business days from the receipt of the order confirmation number, return will not be processed and no credit will be issued under any circumstances.
